Parc Construction is a construction and civil engineering contractor headquartered in Dumfries, delivering projects across Scotland and Northern England.
We have grown rapidly by building a strong management team, developing a skilled directly employed workforce and investing in the systems, processes and technology needed to deliver projects professionally and consistently.
Our work spans public sector, social housing, commercial, residential and civil engineering projects, from individual work packages through to complete multi-trade construction contracts.

Managing DirectorA Chartered Civil Engineer with experience delivering major construction and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally. Michael leads Parc’s strategic direction, growth and overall business performance.

DirectorGaby leads Parc’s HR, people and marketing functions, supporting recruitment, staff development and company culture while helping shape the brand, communications and wider growth of the business.
Daniel Dempster
Operations ManagerDaniel leads Parc’s operational delivery, bringing extensive experience across construction projects. He oversees project teams, programmes and resources to ensure safe, efficient and consistent delivery.
Ross Hunter
Contracts ManagerRoss manages projects from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating teams, clients and subcontractors while maintaining strong communication, programme control and successful delivery.
Stephanie Patterson
Contracts CoordinatorStephanie coordinates project information, documentation and communication across Parc’s live projects, supporting site teams and clients while helping ensure projects remain organised, controlled and efficiently administered.
