Competed Dumfries Projects of 2026

We’re pleased to have successfully handed over the Council HQ project to Dumfries & Galloway Council following the completion of a significant programme of refurbishment works.

The project involved the careful delivery of works to this important civic building, including specialist roofing, leadwork and sash and case window refurbishment, all undertaken within a live and sensitive environment.

A strong team effort from everyone involved, with close coordination between Parc, the Council, consultants and our specialist supply chain throughout the project.

We’re proud to have delivered another high-quality public sector project and to have played a part in preserving and improving such an important local building.
